I really liked the mattress in store and you can tell it's well constructed, but why is it that all the materials just straight up fail under a mattress protector? I've never had a mattress that just felt different entirely under a protector. And I need one just in case a warranty needs to be filed. It's all really disappointing no other mattress feels this different under a protector in my experience.

I paid 3600 for a mattress that didn't last 2 years before having major impressions in it. It is supposed to have a 10 year warranty, but they don't stand behind it. The customer service is crap, and they act like they don't care. I live in North Carolina and bought from this company to support a local business, but don't waist your hard earned money on their junk!!

Our Stearns and Foster Lux Estate PT Firm mattress and 9" flat base both arrived in pristine condition. The mattress has been very comfortable to sleep on, and hides any tossing and turning from my husband. We have only had this product for about a month, so I cannot say much about the longevity but it appears to be a quality mattress and base that I expect to last for years to come.

Lux estate defective twice in 3 years POOR Quality

Two California kings Lux estate in three years they have replaced the mattress twice because of sagging. I paid over $5000 for the bed and ergonomics bedframe which we never use and the mattress is sagged, causing shoulder pain back pain and you can't roll over to the other side for the amount of money I spent. I do not recommend this product unless you wanna spend money with no results I've contacted Mancini Sleepworld twice and no one's responding to my emails now all my pictures of another saggy mattress stay away from Sterns and Foster. I would like my money back so I can purchase something that I can sleep on and not have to return every year.

Started to sag within 2 weeks. My wife's side is sagged, my side is sagged and the middle is a hump. I would never buy this again nor would I recommend it to anyone

I purchased this mattress, queen size, January 2024. After 3 weeks it was replaced by the seller. It immediately began to SAG on both sides where myself and my husband sleep. I am 145 lbs. and he is 240lbs. Never have we had this problem with a new mattress. Once the replacement arrived after 3 weeks it began to SAG also. I was a little embarrassed to call for another replacement. This is the WORST mattress I have ever purchased in my 75 years of life. I will NEVER recommend any of your products to anyone! Alyce G.
